Of all the wonderful ideas agencies have, not everything can always become a reality. Happily this one did!

What started as a ludicrously unachievable idea put on the table in a brainstorm, today arrives on London’s Southbank for 3 days.

Behold! The world’s first mini Mexican restaurant – celebrating the launch of Old El Paso’s new mini tacos – invites you to stop by and enjoy the taste of Mexico on a tiny scale. It features the delights of mini waiters, mini dishes and (of course) a mini mariachi band. Plus, news that is music to every Londoner’s ears… it’s FREE.

It’s right outside the ITV studios near Waterloo.

Tomorrow 11.30am-7pm and Saturday 11.30am-5pm.
Get yourselves down there.
Bring your kids.
Take a selfie.
Eat some tiny tacos.

Ferrero Rocher do sampling properly

Ferrero have won gold with their latest sampling exploits. Tying together their brilliant, metallic gold in-store displays, a sampling campaign has been deployed in supermarket entrances across the UK in the lead up to the holiday season.

The team themselves were excellent and after giving samples, discussing the product and generally being nice, ushered people inside, giving them exact detail on where to find the chocolates which were on promotion in store.

Catch a free packet of Walkers AND the bus

Walkers have been thanking it’s contributors to it’s ‘Do Us a Flavour’ campaign through the first ever Twitter operated vending machine on Oxford Street and in Clapham.

The premise is simple; you’re goaded on by video clips of Gary Lineker, who’s ‘housed’ in the bus stop, to tweet, @Walkers_busstop with the hashtag of one of the 6 flavours in the running to become the nations favourite.

You’re instantly greeted with a free packet of crisps to try – nice work, Walkers!

Lurpak sampling campaign in Waterloo station

This morning, Lurpak was giving out Orange & Cardamom shortbread in Waterloo station.

The sample looks great, tastes amazing but we’re missing something.

What is the call to action here? What is the next step?

In order to drive even more awareness to the product range and product purchase, we would recommend extra information on the product range or a coupon inside the sample.
